Bikeability Level 3 Training – (FULLY BOOKED)

Cycle Torbay are running a Bikeability Level 2 Training course as part of our summer holiday 2025 programme.
Bikeability Level 3 teaches you to:
Use the best riding position for any situation.
Ride alongside other cyclists.
Ride on more complex roads. This might include busier roads, more complicated junctions or faster roads with speed limits above 30mph.
Negotiate more complex roads. For example, junctions controlled by traffic lights, multi-lane roads or cycle lanes.
Respond confidently when a situation changes. For example, when a vehicle pulls out in front of you.
The training will run from 12.00noon to 3.00pm on Thursday 2nd October and is for children in School Years 7+ (before September 2013).
To take part in the training, children will need:
o To have completed Bikeability Level 2 Training 
o A bike in good condition with two working brakes and the tyres pumped up hard 
o A helmet that fits them with no cracks in the shell 
o Suitable clothing e.g. a waterproof coat, if rain is forecast
