DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Safe\, Sustainable Travel Torbay\, we are bringing the BIG BIKE REVIVAL to Torbay! \n\n\n\n\n\n\nAlways wanted to try an e-bike? Got a bike or e-bike and need a bit of extra confidence and skills to get out there? \n\n\n\n\nJoin us for a cycle or e-bike confidence session. \nEither come on your own bike or try an e-bike or cycle with us! \nWhether you have been riding for a while\, never ridden on a road or just want a little skills tune-up\, this session is for you. \nOur friendly instructors will check that you are safe and comfortable on our bikes/e-bikes or your own before helping you practice a few basic skills. \nOnce everyone is happy\, we will do a short\, fun ride as a group to help everyone to feel better about riding. \nYou are welcome to book as many of these sessions as you like. We want to help you experience the joy of cycling\, but understand that it can take some time and practice! \nWe advise booking early\, especially to borrow an e-bike/cycle\, as these will be very popular! \nCycles must be roadworthy\, and E-bikes must be UK legal EPAC’s. \nTo book\, please scan the QR Code in the image.

A Bike Mechanic will be on hand from 10am to 1pm on Saturday 25th July 2026 at Paignton Library to offer cycle health checks\, adjustments which include brake and gear adjustments\, puncture repairs\, wheel truing and general cycle set up.  \nPLEASE NOTE: due to the pop-up nature of the sessions\, we are unable to offer hydraulic brake bleeds or replace items such as disc brake pads\, cassettes\, bottom brackets\, cranks\, derailleurs or headset components.   \n\nThis session is for adults and accompanied under 18’s.

DESCRIPTION:Cycle Torbay will be running Learn to Ride sessions at Torbay Velopark on Monday 27th July from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. \nThese are FULLY FUNDED sessions\, open to pupils from current School Year 3 to Year 6\, and are for children that aren’t able to ride a bike without stabilisers. \nPLEASE NOTE: booking is for one space per child; only book if you intend on bringing your child to the training – each fully funded place costs £28\, parents/carers will be charged the full amount for non-attendance. \nCOURSE IS NOW FULLY BOOKED.
